By accessing or using any part of SuperBins' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. 1. Service Overview SuperBins provides customers ("you") with plastic storage bins for rent, which we deliver to your location, pick up once packed, store securely, and return upon request. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use SuperBins' services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 3. Service Agreement SuperBins will deliver clean, empty bins to the address you provide. You are responsible for packing your items safely and securely. SuperBins will pick up the packed bins and transport them to our secure storage facility. When requested, SuperBins will return your bins to your specified address. You agree to pay all applicable service fees, rental charges, and delivery fees as outlined at the time of booking. 4. Customer Responsibilities You agree to: Use SuperBins’ bins for lawful, non-hazardous, and non-perishable items only. Not store prohibited items, including but not limited to: firearms, explosives, flammable materials, perishable food, live animals, stolen goods, illegal drugs, and hazardous waste. Ensure bins are packed carefully to prevent damage. Notify SuperBins promptly of any changes to your contact or delivery information. 5. Ownership of Bins All SuperBins containers remain the property of SuperBins. You may not alter, damage, sell, or dispose of the bins. 6. Payment and Billing Payment is due at the time of booking. Storage fees are billed on a monthly basis. Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in denial of service or sale of stored items to recover costs. 7. Termination and Cancellation You may terminate your service at any time by scheduling a final return of your bins and paying any outstanding balances. SuperBins may terminate your service if you breach these Terms or fail to pay your fees. 8. Liability and Insurance SuperBins exercises reasonable care in handling your bins but is not responsible for damage to or loss of items inside the bins unless due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct. We recommend that you purchase your own insurance coverage for stored items. SuperBins’ liability for any loss is limited to $100 per bin unless otherwise agreed in writing. 9. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERBINS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. 10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your State/City]. SuperBins charges a $10/bin fee to deliver bins back to their original pickup address.

SuperBins will only return bins to their original pickup address.
